Individuals or organizations accessing this site are referred to as “Users”. Merchants, Property Owners, or their agents, providing content for this site are referred to as “Members”. Big Bear Cabins & Coupons may also be referred to as “we” or “This Site”.

The users accessing this site, and the Members using the services provided on this site, acknowledge that they understand and agree to the following “terms and conditions”.

Big Bear Coupons & Cabins is an Online Listing Service.

We do not own, nor are we an agent of any member listing a home or business on this site.

We do not warrant the accuracy of the material provided by the members using this site.

We do not investigate or verify the information provided by the members using this site.

We are not a party to any transactions that take place between Users and Members.

We reserve the right to remove any material that has been found to be fraudulent, misleading or in violation of any applicable local, state, national or international laws, or in violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Members and users should contact us immediately to register any complaints or concerns regarding the material posted in this site.

Members and Users agree

1. Members and Users assume full responsibility for any rental agreements signed or agreed upon with any of the vacation rental homes listed on this site.

2. Qualification of any renter is the sole responsibility of the Member property owner or their agent.

3. It is the responsibility of the User to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the information of any vacation rental listing before entering into an agreement with a member.

Members Further Agree

1. All Members providing content to this site hereby warrant that the information is accurate, and that they have sufficient rights to publish the supplied content. This includes the rights to all photography, text descriptions, trademarks or other material provided. In the case of any dispute arising over the rights to any material provided by a member, that member shall be solely responsible for any liability, and any costs associated with settling such disputes.

2. Merchant Members to keep their coupon listing active, agree to keep the information published in their coupons and webpage ads up to date and correct, and to honor all promotions published on the Big Bear Cabins & Coupons website.

3. Vacation Homeowner Members warrant that they are the legal owner or the authorized agent of the properties they post on the Big Bear Cabins & Coupons website.

4. Members are permitted to link to a personal website only if this link service has been selected in the Members Area. Under no circumstances will Members link to other vacation rental listing sites similar to Big Bear Coupons & Cabins without obtaining our written approval.

5. Members will maintain a working email address. If you change your email address, we must be notified within 10 working days of that change.

6. This site shall not be held liable for any claims or losses resulting from interruption of the posting of any listing due to any event beyond our control.

7. Big Bear Coupons & Cabins reserves the right to remove a member listing and terminate a membership for violation of these terms and conditions if a Member refuses to respond in a timely manner to correct any reported violations.

Refund Policy

1. Big Bear Cabins & Coupons reserves the right to terminate a member listing at any time even, if it is not in violation of these terms and conditions. Should a member listing be terminated or interrupted by Big Bear Cabins & Coupons for any reason that is not in violation of these listed terms and conditions, our sole responsibility or liability to any member will be limited to a refund for the remaining time that service was not provided..

2. It is agreed that most of the work for a Member listing on this site is done by the staff of Big Bear Cabins and Coupons at the time the listing is published. As a result, if a listing is canceled by a member after it has been published, or if it has been terminated for a violation of this agreement, it is understood and agreed that this website does NOT issue a refund for the remaining time not published.

3. Big Bear Cabins and Coupons reserve the right to modify the these terms and conditions at any time. E-mail notices will be sent to all members that new changes to this page have been posted.

All confidential personal and payment transaction information is sent via SSL (secure sockets layer) technology, which encrypts your private information. As an added security precaution, we do not store your credit card or bank account information in a database or transmit any credit card or bank information via email, and it is passed directly to the credit card processing provider without storage of any kind.
